Wardio is built so that it doesn't need your data. This page explains exactly what happens to it.
Every item you add — names, dates, notes, categories — is stored locally on your device. Wardio has no account system and no server database of your items. Deleting the app deletes everything; use the Export feature in Settings first if you're switching phones.
When you scan a document, the photo is sent once to our server to read the date and details off it, then discarded immediately. It is never stored, logged, or used for anything else. An anonymous, randomly generated device identifier is used only to apply a daily scan limit and prevent abuse — it isn't linked to your identity.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device using the dates you enter. Wardio doesn't send push notifications from a server and doesn't need your device's push token for reminders to work.
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Wardio uses RevenueCat to check whether your purchase is active; this involves your device sharing purchase/receipt information with Apple and RevenueCat in the normal course of validating a subscription. No payment details ever pass through Wardio itself.
